I had a lovely stay at Nour Plazza Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, making me feel at home. The room was immaculate, featuring a large window that let in beautiful light. The breakfast offered delightful options and the location was convenient with nearby cafes.

Although the hotel had its challenges, I appreciated the spaciousness of the Deluxe Room and the modern amenities. I recommend reaching out for airport transport in advance, as the staff weren’t very proactive. The breakfast options could use improvement too.

We spent quality family time exploring nearby hot springs, which was a refreshing treat for our teenagers. The hotel had lovely outdoor seating where we enjoyed catching up over dinner, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

My kids wished there were more activities specifically for families during our visit.

Comfortable room, pleasant view, with a flat-screen TV and convenient luggage storage made my stay enjoyable, while being just 14 km from the nearest airport allowed for easy travel.

The room I stayed in was cozy and well heated, which was a relief from the cold weather outside. I particularly enjoyed the incredible shower. the water pressure was perfect, providing a refreshing experience. The staff here were truly exceptional, especially the kind lady in the spa who provided personal assistance when I needed it. Exploring the city view in the morning was a highlight as well, as it offered a beautiful start to my day.

The Deluxe Room was super comfy and spacious with a large window letting in great light. Loved how warm the room was, especially since it was pretty cold outside. The shower was amazing, such strong pressure and hot water! Only bummer was the noise from outside could be a bit much at times.
